Wild Rice: It is not actually the member of rice family but this is the type of grass that looks like rice. This rice is difficult to grow commercially. Wild rice also grows in water but it need deep water resources.

Aromatic Rice: This rice ranging from medium to long grain rice. There are many different varieties which include basmati rice and jasmine rice. It adds a different aroma and flavor to the meal.
